"WEBSITE RETURN POLICY"
Any stock purchase that is shipped out can be returned for exchange of size or cash refund, provided the item is returned (within 2 weeks of purchase) in its origional condition and tagging. All Sale items are Final Sale.
Orders that are picked up at store are subject to the in store policy which is no cash refund. Exchange for credit or size.
Shipping charges and/or return shipping and Brokerage or Duty Fees are non refundable and payable by the customer.
Any items returned that are examined to be "not new" by The Clubhouse will NOT BE REFUNDED and will be shipped back to the customer at the customer's expense.
Orders for
NON STOCK COLOURS/ITEMS WILL BE EXCHANGEABLE FOR SIZE BUT NOT RETURNABLE FOR REFUND. If you have placed an order for a non stock colour or size we will inform you immediately at which point you will have the option of:
a) Canceling the Order ,
b) Changing the order to a stock Colour/item ,
c) Accepting the order understanding that while you may still return the item for size you will not be able to change colour or get a refund for the purchase.
US TO CANADA BROKERAGE RULES:
Also note that the policy of Canadian customs is any goods coming to Canada from the US and is over $20 only it will be subject to a brokerage fee in the range of $25 as an average. (Goods shipped express will not be charged a brokerage fee)
CANADA TO US BROKERAGE RULES
the policy of U.S.A. customs is any goods coming to the U.S.A. from Canada $200 it will be subject to a brokerage fee in the range of $25 as an average. (Goods shipped express will not be charged a brokerage fee)
ANY BROKERAGE CHARGES INCURRED ON AN ORIGINAL PURCHASE IS BY DEFAULT CHARGED TO THE CLUBHOUSE AND YOU WILL NOT EVER BE BILLED BROKERAGE ON YOUR ORIGINAL PURCHASE.
DUTY CHARGES:
Any goos made outside of North America are subject to duty charges. They range from 3-35% the value of the goods. However as with brokerage there are no additional duty charges on purchases going to the US under $200 and to Canada from the U.S. Under $20.
